I think the best place to get a budding romance is physical spaces like: stores, libraries, conventions, and etc. I say this because online is filled with quacks that lie about a lot of things when it comes to themselves, but they expect you to be honest and sincere. To prove that you're sincere to them you have to be the opposite of your personality online if you're not: conceited, seeking validation, looking for compliments from many people, wanting to make money for sexy pictures of your body, or trying to become a celebrity. For example, I was on Twitter and this guy I follow thinks I'm a bot or a dude because I don't have many pictures of myself plastered on my wall. Of course he's not looking for wholesome pictures, he's looking for scantily clad photos of me. Then in the next breath this same guy will get angry because he can't find a "good girl." 😂

I’ve met a few great people via young adult groups at church. So whatever religion you are id start there. If you are irreligious or already tried churches, I’d suggest volunteering. Find an organization or hobby you are actually interested in and see where it leads.
