Have you ever had a one night stand and ended up falling in love?

Like me and the guy we been kicking it and got along great, then hooked up. There was already a crazy connection while being physical, it was rather love making than one night stand-ish sex. we hung out for the day afterward and from that moment on he'S been trying to proove to me that he wants a relationship kind of.

I like him a lot and would love to date him - but I can't believe that this can be the result of one night stand? Anyone?

i can't relate to this at all but I believe it is possible. everyone always sees strangers they'd really like to have sex with, sometimes it just happens (one night stand) lol. the whole social stigma wih one night stands is that people will think "well if he/she put out so quick for me then they'd do that for anyone" but this is really a false belief. I do believe it could possibly work in some cases.

to be safe though you should not get involved so soon, but I guess that goes for any relationship

Believe it and give it a shot. Just be willing to deal with the emotional fallout as with any other relationship. He wants a relationship "kind of?" Are you supposed to be his convenient booty call, or is he Mr. Loner or Mr. Ladies' Man? I wish you the best, honey. Take your chances and keep a strong outlook, take care of yourself and maybe this can turn into something really good for both of you. If not, at least you tried; just don't be a doormat. And don't treat him like one, either :) .

Actually, that's literally exactly how it happened for me and my boyfriend, and we're very happily, crazily into each other, in the most ridiculous sense. We're disgustingly devoted to each other, lol, it's kind of gross. But it works and neither of us has ever been more in love [and he's been married three times, so that says something].

If it feels right, don't fight it. Don't pick it apart to try to find problems that probably aren't there.

i have friends who got married and they met at a bar and had a one night stand, so yeah, it can happen.

oh yeah and I am pretty sure she is preggo now, and they have both gotten good degrees and are responsible and everything, so don't overjudge yourself.
