MEDIA!...unfortunately.
the issue of attraction is shaped by the media in our society. why don't you find fat people attractive? fat people used to be considered sexy because they expressed health, wealth and nobility in the old ages.
media mostly show hot white girls and guys. casting of Asians seems to be more about their skills rather than on their looks. and they are rarely put into tv, movies, magazines, etc. excluding Asian countries, media rarely contain Asians unless they are exceptional, such as kelly hu, grace park and... this is why society thinks other races that are not white to be less attractive. people that are open to other races are more cultured and worldly, and do not depend on media for their perspectives in life. I think you need to get out more, man. I am only 16, and I can see this. come on.
btw, Aishwarya Rai (south Asian gal) was, and I think still maintains, the title as the most beautiful women in the world! Rain (asian guy) was voted #1 for influence and sex appeal by TIME mag in 2011. this just kills your point here.
also, most white people dress more provocatively. most Asians are more conservative, so appearance is not the first thing that Asians work on for a relationship. it goes deeper than looks, although looks do matter. if you consider that ugly, you have problems. good luck finding a wife.
most people think whites are attractive because media presents them as the more attractive race. do you seriously believe that there are no attractive people in other races? how do you think other races reproduce? are you arrogant or what? if media changed, attractive people of all races would be presented and the world would be more tolerant, and find sexiness in other races.
there is a big community of people that are only attracted to Asians and have fetishes for Asian boys and girls.
and no. they do not have small cocks, which is also shaped by media. people think that size is a big deal because p*rn mainly shows white guys with big ones. yes, size is relatively a concern, and there are whites and blacks with small ones. but most guys are average, hence "average". statistically speaking, all population has a normal distribution of size. therefore, Asians have big and small ones, and are at par with the average. so, limeinthecoconut1000 seems to be inexperienced. for example, what size would you consider yao ming, one of the biggest guys in the NBA. he would be on par or bigger than most of the white and black players in the league, judging by body size. now, average body size of Asians is growing fast and bigger than other races due to their ambition and customized diet. plus, Asians are just smart, hard working and cultured.
another time you see an asian, what should come to your mind is he/she might be your employer in the future, unless you go into the MEDIA industry. most likely, you will end up sucking an Asian cock/pussy. so be nice =P64 Reply- +1 y
I do agree that the media plays a role, but I think that prejudging comes from experiences too. +1
- +1 y
great answer^
- +1 y
yes, I agree that experiences contribute greatly to prejudice. however, they may not be representative nor conclusive. the personality, beliefs and convictions of an individual also play a significant role in forming prejudice. For example, if this person truly believe in the heart of hearts that the white race is the best of them all and that any white person is above any person from other races, he will mostly likely not change his views no matter how good of experience he had with other races
- +1 y
^ I agree. ^ I do find media plays a huge role. Yes, in the American society you see more white males and females in the media but I also do see Asian's. I do not particularly find Asian men attractive but that is my personal opinion. But I can't really comment seeing as I have never gave them a chance. Even though the media presenta whites as being more attractive does not mean Asian's are less attractive! I bet that in Asian media they're are hardly any whites! It's not good to sterotype!

+1 yUmm, speak for yourself man. Asian women seem to be in high demand around here (and everywhere I've visited).
I myself love Asian women's skin tone and whatnot, but I don't really care if someone is Asian to go out with them, just love the tanned skin tone (why I also like Latinas and Indians and Arabian women and Spanish women and Italian and ya, tanned is hot).
Amusingly to me, I get along best with Asian women cause so many seem to be far more willing to use their brains (not saying other races don't, just seems to be the trend I find with the women I encounter, but at my school it's nice to see all the women use their brains :) ) and I seem to have so much more in common lol. Anonymous(30-35)+1 yI've met plenty of attractive Asian men, I'm not exactly sure how to react to this post. I've genuinely had the complete opposite experience.
Asian women are generally really pretty, and every girl I've seen with an Asian man not only looks extremely pretty on average, but extremely happy.
And generally, I prefer dorks to retards. I have a thing for smart men, men with passion in their field of study, and men who are generally mature.
I'm not sure why I've never dated an Asian guy, I suppose I just haven't had the opportunity. But the Asian guys I know are not only attractive, but extremely well rounded and so respectful. Now that I think about it, I can literally name a handful of Asian men (including my professor) who would be fabulous partners.
I think this may just be your experience, or that of a select few. I don't think I would go so far as to approve this for "all women," "all men," or "all asians." That would be a hasty, unwarranted generalization. This kind of reminds me of that recent viral video of that UCLA chick talking about asians. Something is definitely going on with the California youth :P71 Reply
Anonymous(30-35)+1 y"Numerous people in here erroneously think I am a homophobic, anti-religious bigot when in reality I tolerate my gay friends, my whole family comes from a Christian background, and I have non-white friends."
That you have to defend yourself against intolerance and racism shows how intolerant and racist you might actually be.
"Tolerance" is not a sufficient quality to deter homophobia. You can be homophobic to a degree and still be "tolerant"
you having non-white friends doesn't make you not racist, that makes you able to "tolerate" some people of other races.
I'm a little ashamed that you're a soldier, a combination of all of this simply highlights how little we have come as a nation. I have high hopes for my fellow soldiers. As a marine, I know I do a a lot more than simply defend my country, I represent it, I better it, and I develop it.
Be a true american and reclaim your dignity, for the sake of our forces. Generalizations, stereotypes, intolerance, and bigotry are not things you should be upholding; all of these things should be your ultimate enemy.714 Reply
Asker+1 yFirst off, who are you to presume to just copy paste excerpts of my profile info into this thread. You made yourself anonymous just so I wouldn't do the same to you. How base can anyone get? Secondly I've stated clearly that I've enlisted in the Navy, and you called me a "soldier". Any legitimate, self-respecting service member would know the difference between and Sailor and a Soldier. You dishonor the services by this nonchalant attitude of yours towards their different roles.
Asker+1 yIt's people like you who perpetuate the common civilian notion that the military is one big juggernaut that does nothing but kill whatever comes in its way, and that there really is no differentiation to be made between the service branches. If I were to guess, you're most likely not in the military at all.
Asker+1 yThirdly, your reply is absolutely irrelevant to the question I posted, which makes a flaw in you particularly more apparent: That you've no qualms for making clean arguments, opting instead to mislead by slandering me instead of coming up with a counter-argument. Shallow.
- +1 y
objectivetruth, you are pathetic. you attacked on irrelevant things, such as her status, military positions and how she used your PUBLIC info. this suggests how inferior your argument really is. You diverted from the real issue of intolerance to impertinent and minute details about the military. she has valid points. you did not address her while you claim that she slandered u. none of your arguments are supported. who are you to discredit her service? do you really know her? I think you are the shallow 1
Asker+1 ySo how exactly are her points valid? What makes her justified to call me a soldier when I was in fact in the Navy, and what makes her reply relevant and mine not when I was using her own statements against her? (which brings me to doubt that you've never fully understood what the discussion between me and her are about). I had high hopes for you and actually thought you were smart. Your reply just proved otherwise.
Asker+1 yOh, now that I know you do not actually put much thought into your replies, colexx, any chance of redoing yourself by further comments or replies will be duly ignored. I bet you're going to say something against this one too.
- +1 y
wow...u are smart...it is like saying, "i bet you are going to reply to my message to u"...duh. again, you failed to address her. rather, you focused on irrelevant military issues AGAIN. how can you not see it? THE REAL ISSUE IS TOLERANCE, not military status. she provided her opinion of what being tolerant is about and you do not fit it. you didn't address it either, and you keep attacking ALL OF US. I am not here to fight/argue with u. I just want to make peace. is it worth winning over a 16 yo?
- +1 y
yes. please ignore my replies...give others a chance to comment. I would not like to contribute anymore verbally. I would like others to do so as my objectives are to promote awareness and tolerance.
I don't have to provide details in my profile. I'm 16 yo! this person and I have the right to privacy and we decided to exercise it. plus, you can tell from my comments. I'm 16, christian, I believe in tolerance, I have friends of different cultures. what? do you want my # or something?
Opinion Owner+1 yI don't care if I didn't respond to your question, and ultimately I'm not the one whose "shallow," as you can objectively see through some of the more detailed responses. Oh, and I apologize that you are so dearly offended by the word "soldier," I honestlu don't care. Typos/accidental tites happen all the time, its called : not caring; you don't see, to uphold and respect your title very well, regardless.
Opinion Owner+1 yAs for posting your publicly available information on your thread: so the f*** what? Even if I wasn't anonymous you wouldn't have access to that sort of information. If you don't want people poking at your sh*t simply avoid posting it. And as a simple correction, I'm not misleading or attempting to mislead your "argument," you're argument is disrespectful, bigoted, and so poorly stated as it is. You don't need my help to look like an ass.
Opinion Owner+1 y"I've only ever seen puny Asian men, therefore all Asian men are puny"
"I don't find Asians attractive, therefore I will stigmatize the question (as opposed to stating it objectively) in order to gain responses that agree with mine and make disagreements feel as if they are the clear minority"
"This means that the left overs--the unattractive white women who can't get white men--resort to Asian men only because they have no choice!" Because you can account for all people? lol
Asker+1 yWhat you said is definitely not a typo, and it is clear you had every intention to say that. Wait a minute, you said you DONT care? Marine? You should be ashamed.
Opinion Owner+1 yFinally, any legitimate, self-respecting human being would be less concerned on stereotyping, stigmatizing, and poking fun at a race and more concerned with upholding your personal self worth.
Opinion Owner+1 yYou're hardly worth the title:YOU should be ashamed. You might as well strike a match on all your wasted time, you're not worth any title you've earned.

+1 yI think its all about preference. You generalized large groups of people, which isn't right. Also what on does not find attractive another might, people have different flavors. I know white women who like Asian men (and will only go out with Asian men) and I know white women who don't like Asian men as well. I also know white men who only go out with Asian women, I can honestly say tho.. I've never met a man who says he isn't attracted to Asian women (but then again I'm only speaking from personal experience). Then you have those few people in the world who don't give a f*** about race and tend to look beyond that into something called a personality. Sometimes personalities can out shine physical appearance ( and this applies to any race, gender, ethnicity etc)
btw "omnomnmomonmonmonmonm" is the noise a troll makes when you feed it,80 ReplyLOL! You said on one of my questions that you`re not racist but this question just proves to me you kinda are. You say white women don`t go for Asian guys but obviously my mother did. And believe me, my mother is not someone you can call ugly and neither is my father. I`m half white, half Asian and I`m never short of male attention. Everywhere I go, I get white males chatting me up and oh guess what I prefer to go out with the Asian guys.
As for your question, yes, my mother digs my dad otherwise they wouldn`t have got married and had 5 kids together.
Oh and believe you me, I NEVER fight for a guy whatever colour he may be, I`m half white but overall I`m attracted mostly to asians, not whites.60 Replyi assume you are christian as it is suggested in your profile.

u say that you come from a christian family. I am christian. but your q/a's show nothing christian about u, besides the fact that you stated it in your profile. I think you should revisit the Holy Bible.
and, your nonwhite friends are morons, if these are the views you obtained from them. your username, "objectivetruth", is so far from what you r.
yes, the truth is painful...but it is even more painful to understand why and the reasons behind the facts that are. jealous from decline in white dominance? - +1 y

Anonymous(30-35)+1 yExcuse me? I've only dated white guys so clearly they do go for Asian girls. You don't speak for all white men, but it's quite amusing how ignorant you are.
There are attractive guys in each race. Stop generalizing. -_-168 Reply
Asker+1 yIt's also quite amusing how you just bolstered my point. The fact that you go after white guys means that you DO find that Asian men unattractive like most girls, for the reasons stated above. Thank you.
Opinion Owner+1 yYou said ONE valid point but it was completely eclipsed by your utter bullsh*t and generalizations of the just plain stupid variety. I've seen hot, ripped Asian guys but I've lived in a predominantly white area for my entire life. So thank you! :) And P.S. the white guys I've dated have been attractive so STOP GENERALIZING.
Opinion Owner+1 y:)
+1 yThis is completely rediculous and a totally fallacy. I'm more attracted to women outside my race than women in it (I'm caucasian) so your point is moot. I find the average Hispanic and Asian girl to be more attractive than the average White girl for instance. These are just rediculous generalizations which should be taken with a grain of salt.

+1 y"This translates to the fact that the white men who prefer Asian women are the ugly ones that white women don't want"
You do realize that the youngest billionaire in the U.S. is with an Asian woman right? I don't care how ugly someone is, if they are stacking that much money, they would be able to get a girl regardless of their race. Even a white one.21 Reply
Anonymous(30-35)+1 yI'll assume you are just being stereotypical and not racist and just answer the question. I think Asian men are very attractive. In addition to that, I think Asian people are cuter as old people than white people (in the sweet old person form of cute).

+1 yGenerally I do not find most Asian men attractive, but there have definitely been many that I do think are attractive. I don't really think I had a race preference when I was single. If I think a guy is attractive, regardless of race, and he asked me out then I would say yes.
11 Reply- +1 y
not having a race preference is exactly why most whites are losing their unique traits.
It just depends on the girl. I like Asian men-the more bisho the better. My problem is that I do not like to date men shorter than me-and in 5'10''. So I just get to look. They are the one end of the spectrum I like. The other-rugged manly men. So its just the girl's preference.
10 ReplyI beg to disagree.
Look at hot youtuber chick stpeach. Her boyfriend is Asian and she is 10/10
Based on my own experience, Asian men are very shy - they do not approach girls in public. Living in NYC for 3 years, men of different races talked to me in the subway (white, black and latinos) but never a single time did an Asian guy talked to me even though I lived in a neighborhood with lots of Koreans.00 ReplyMy husband watches tons of Asian p*rn so I think you're wrong.

Anonymous(36-45)+1 yI used to work with an Korean-American man who was GORGEOUS & BEYOND sexy. It could be because in most places in America Asians are more of a minority & we often just don't see many of them at all. I believe if there were more of them you would see more inter-racial relationships.
10 ReplyI don't know,I'm considered pretty attractive and I love Asian guys-most of them are athletic, cute, have nice hair and are funny (not all but the ones I've seen). Also if you think white guys don't like Asian girls-you've never heard of PhillyD

+1 yactually, yeah. a lot of white women are starting to have an attraction to east Asian men. I think it's mostly to do with the K Pop stars, though. I'd honestly rather see them fuck an Asian guy than fuck a black guy, though.. why? because not much changes in their offsprings when they mix with an east Asian. Europeans and Asians have one common human ancestor, the Neanderthal. Some of the mixes can get the blue and green eye trait, more so than when they mix with the nasty blacks.
