4 years ago when I was 18, I had what we would call a summer love with a guy in England. It was like love at first sight, and we felt like we knew each other forever, but I had to go back to my home country ( Turkey ), and I knew back then that my parents would have never accepted him, cause he’s not a Muslim, so we had to break up.
We met again after 4 years in London, and he then told me that he had an extremely hard to time to forget me , ( he didn’t flirted with me or anything), but he then showed me a pic of his daughter that he had with a girl he just broke up, and it turned out that he named her like me. Now that he’s single again, and that I have my own job, I thought that maybe we can still have a chance, but I’m afraid that he would reject me, because I am from the past, but does it means that he still have feelings for me if he named his 1 year old daughter after me?

No. Feelings have nothing to do with that. It could be that he felt a lot of fun this with the name, or he felt that the name with his daughter because he having to meet you. At the end of the day he can still love you and cherish you as a person. But that does not mean that he wants another relationship with you. Also I don't think it would have been a good idea given the fact that again you had that kind of relationship. It's best that you move on with your life. And allow him to take care of his life with his daughter.
I wouldn't read too much into it, he clearly liked your name and remember it wasn't just his decision to name the child, her mother would have had to be the n agreement too. As for is he still interested possibly but you said he recently separated, do you really want to be a rebound.
It's great to hear that you rejected him as it would be haram to continue relations with him. Moreover, if he truly loved you he would have no problem in accepting Islam. Many American/British men have reverted to Islam in order to marry Muslim women. Did you suggest it to him? And yes, it does mean that he still has feelings for you.
If you were a bad memory he wouldn't want to be reminded again and again of it by placing you in his daughter. I'd say he still does (maybe) and even if he doesn't it's still worth trying. 'who doesn't dare grasp the thorn should never crave the rose'

It surely means he had feelings for you and wanted to feel as if you're a part of his life. But do you really want to date him again? You surely won't be his first priority. And it would cause a lotta confusion in the future having 2 girls with same names. And just imagine if he calls your name during sex
He may have named hervthat because it helped him remember you, I don't know if he wants to be with you since he gave his daughter your name. It might be too confusing.
