Girls, what would be women's rules for a perfect man?

I made this half-joking comment in the previous post about how men are so simple, we can tell you exactly how to be perfect for most of us.

1. Don't be a b*tch.
2. Support us and be there for us.
3. Know how to cook.

I then asked What would be women's rules for a perfect boyfriend or husband? and if they could only limit them to just ten. So ladies, here's your shot.

I think you left some things out of that, such as don’t be a whore, etc. A lot of men won’t even stick with a woman who has those three things, much less any issue otherwise.

But as for us and men, I think something men fail to realize is that if you are worth a lot then why would you settle with something significantly less? I mean, if you have a PhD then why would you get a job working minimum wage? And worth as a partner is not all based on physical attributes nor economical or only the crazy factors I’ve seen guys mention on here to make women look bad just because they can’t get women. For example, I won’t date a criminal. I don’t underestimate the power of love, but I don’t see how it’s possible.
Also, attraction is essential. For example, if you find a person physically unattractive (commonly used one) then how can you be expected to date that person? I can’t kiss an ugly person. Sorry not sorry.

Ultimately, in short, almost nobody knows what love is anymore - or even wants it, for that matter. It’s all about self. This is where so many people - both men and women - get stuck up and think of themselves as so much higher “value” than they really are, BUT if guys are always giving in to a woman who is a 4 and thinks she’s an 8 then why should she accept that she’s not? A lot of women only want sex nowadays too (back to what I said about most people don’t value love now), so if all the guys are giving in to a woman who’s really low on the scale, 1) That shows the desperation of the guys and makes them look bad and 2) It leaves no reason for the woman to complain or even desire to change. So really and truly, it’s either go for love, which includes dedication and long-term commitment, or settle with a selfish person, usually a whore, for whom you’re just another one on the list.
And the interesting thing about that... is that life has a way of giving you back what you give out.

Men don't fail to realize that. Any high quality woman a man will want to go after. It's just that MANY women nowadays have become far far less tan they're worth while thinking they're worth far far MORE than they really are. This all feminist-fueled "I'm a queen" even though she can't cook and looks like a 4, at best, sh*tty dive attitude. I agree with the idea "don't ask for what you can't also provide the equivalent of" but that doesn't apply to so many entitled women nowadays, especially with social media and trash like OnlyFans boosting their already inflated egos.

By that logic, most people deserve to be alone forever then, since most people are unattractive/ugly (me included; maybe you, too).

Yeah, simps are to blame for much of this.

Or 3) Opt out of dating altogether and just be the best man you can without a modern Western woman weighing you down. (MGTOW). I'm not exactly MGTOW myself, but considering I don't meet the "market value" for looks or high income, and things are worse than ever, I'm not exactly holding my breath for a special lady anymore. Says the hopeless romantic turned cynic.

Well to answer your question, I don’t see it as “You have to be this, you have to have that,” etc. A big list of standards won’t give you love. However, some things are understandably dealbreakers, like I mentioned that I won’t date a criminal because I can’t see myself romantically loving someone like that. A big list of standards makes dating into a game, and as you verified, when women now want the same thing as men (mainly sex) and most men are simps that boost their ego, you run into the problem you are addressing: people who think they’re so much better than they are. I blame the simps on that too; the problem is that most men are guilty of it.
As far as myself, I think you see my view on that I personally prefer a lifetime based on love, and this is where I get the short end of the stick, as does anyone who wants love, because it’s almost rare now.
If women and men wanted something different- like if women were smart and only wanted long-term love and not short-term sex - then yeah, there would be reason for them to see a need to change. But when everybody wants the same things and guys just keep giving in, these desperate men are hurting themselves. If a woman can get a 10, whether she’s a 2 or a 10 herself, why would she want less? Lol
And MGTOW is basically a group of incels. I’m anti-feminist and do value men so I see the point of actually not centering your life around women, but even MGTOW guys have problems doing that because men want sex, and like I said, when they’re giving in and women want the same thing... 🤷🏻‍♀️They make no progress with the name. This is where a real man is smart and doesn’t need a label to determine his decisions, and his decisions lead him only to what he wants and help him avoid what he doesn’t. And usually those guys either end up with their perfect woman or they end up very successful without one. MGTOW guys don’t tend to accomplish that.

Yeah, it's near impossible to find love nowadays, especially if you're a less-than-literally-perfect male. At least women have the option of settling for something less than ideal, even if it's with a simp or a short guy.

And I disagree with you about MGTOW being "incels," although I am not one, because I can perfectly understand where many of them are coming from myself, as a less-than-perfect man who doesn't want to simp for some 3 out of 10 chick. Incels lack self-respect and dignity, although you're right in that MGTOW's are just attaching an identity onto themselves when none is needed. I don't really like labels either.

As for me, I DO want the love of a woman, but that has more to do with my own lack of family or a mother growing up and coming from an abusive background. I think if I had a more "normal" family, I'd be happy without any partner, at all. And although the heart wants what the heart wants, I'm never going to grow any taller and suddenly become handsome, and as you implied, most women today aren't worth any of that kind of effort. So all I can do is work on myself, continue to become a better person than I was yesterday, and hope for the best.
