It’s definitely not justified, but like I get it. Killing for the most part is wrong (I don’t think killing in self defense is wrong). But I also understand what it’s like to be so hurt and angry that you want to murder someone. But you’ve gotta have self control and restraint. In the end it is stupid because you momentarily give in to your rage just to spend potentially the rest of your life in prison.

That’s not a stupid reason. It’s a cruel form of betrayal and emotional abuse that can have really serious psychological impacts on the victim and ruin their entire life and chances of creating a new healthy and trusting relationship with someone else. There are people who go into such deep depressions after being cheated on that they lose everything they have, school, jobs, friends, will to live. Some kill themselves. Don’t belittle cheating. Only paychopaths do that so o realize you’re one of them and will never understand how a normal person feel and functions but that doesn’t justify you being a f-ng asshole.
