Why do people post questions about their significant other and when people tell them the truth about their partner they start making excuses for them?

Who knows? One of life's mysteries. I mean it's ok if you ask it, just for reassurance but not over and over.
With me, if I have problems with my boyfriend, I'm not going to air out my laundry - so to speak, I'm going to talk to him. "Hey babe, we need to talk. You know it hurt my feelings that you blew me off to go hang with your boys last night" know what I mean?
My partner needs to be someone I can talk to and run to for ANYTHING

Lol i used to do that 😂 like i wanted to know if y'all see what i see... and y'all did. But then you have unnecessary comments that are rude and say stuff like “breakup with his dumbass” and all that. I mean you have to defend the one you love at some point, even if what theyre doing is wrong. I wasn't gonna let other shittalk him

And too, why keep complaining yet stay in the relationship... If let someone getting away with cheating for years and stay with that person and still believe they love you, it's not just their fault anymore... People will treat you the way you let them

Yeah it's funny. They go on and on about how there partner says terrible things and is it a bad sign. I tell her that he's an asshole. Then she goes on and on about how great he is. 😅
