I am single and celibate by choice and conviction. Life has proved that my decision was the right one. Not only am I happy but very glad to be single.

I keep saying it over and over again but for all those that have not yet heard my arguments, here they come.

I do what I want whenever I want
I clean my own mess only
I have the freedom to do as I want without having to take others into consideration
I don't have the pressure to deliver or perform the way others want
I only have to worry about my own stupidity and nonsense
I can cry watching a romantic movie without getting those looks from a tough guy
I go to bed whenever I want and above all, alone
I don't go on others' nerves when I am moody
I eat what I like and only cook for one person and not an army
I save money by not having to go out or to a restaurant
I decorate my place to my liking
I have no mistrust issues
I could tell another million and one other arguments

And to all those that argue that the most important is missing, I say no, I do not place importance on what you are thinking of and to me it is not a loss not to have it.

Yes because it's giving myself time to concentrate on myself. It also gives me time to improve and better myself and make sure I ready before I go into a new relationship. Not only that I can spend more time with friends and family and not have to worry about who I'm going to spend time with after work etc.

Being single is good to see who's out there and who there is to trust. You learn a lot more about relationships when your single because you will notice things couples won't notice etc.

Well which is it? Happy or satisfied. Of course I'm happy. I'm generally always happy. Life is too short to be otherwise. But satisfied? No! I'll never be satisfied. Satisfied means I'm no longer trying in life anymore. And I always want to be striving g for something as long as my heart is pumping.
