That night, we talk like usual and he give me advice and motivation since I am in big pressure of life. He says to me that we need to be strong and we need each other. I ask him back, 'Do you need me?' He replied, 'I love you'. Does it mean he love me more than he need me?

Well "love" is a very strong word in this context. I definitely understand being needed and that reciprocity. Maybe ask him directly if he needs you. The fact he loves you is a great foundation as it is, but some peoples' definitions of "need" might vary by person.
