Passion burns out, easy going lasts forever. So I would say, easy going and laid back, where your comfortable being around each other, you don't have to constantly be declaring your love for them, constantly trying to display your feelings etc.(that is exhausting). But That doesn't mean you can't have moments of passion. So I think I would rather go with the easy going one because it offers moments of passion without the extreme emotional roller coaster of constant passion and the very quick burn out from it.

So clarify what you meant by passion because in my experience the women who want "passion" want drama, want grand gestures all the time and will get pissy when they don't get them, they want non stop validation and all the focus and energy a man has to be on her at all times which I want no part of. Maintaining passion can become a chore... an obligation. Passion is beautiful when it spontaneously arises out of a moment, but being with a partner who prioritizes extremes can be draining. A simple easy life provides more stability over time. Ideally, it's nice to have a general stability with spikes of passion.
