What do you think about men using lotion?
women, what do you think?
Yes, men do use body lotion, and in recent years, the practice has gotten more widespread. Body lotion is intended to hydrate and nourish the skin and is not restricted to any one gender. Like women, guys can also experience dry skin, especially after taking a shower or being outside in inclement weather.
Body lotions assist in hydrating the skin, preventing dryness, and maintaining its smooth, healthy appearance. Men might feel revitalized and confident thanks to the pleasant scents of numerous body creams. Therefore, using body lotion is a fantastic alternative for guys who wish to take care of their skin and benefit from moisturization.
Body lotion is a skincare item made to hydrate and moisturize the skin. It is often given externally to the body as a creamy or lotion-like product. Emollients, humectants, and occlusives, among other substances, are used in body lotion formulations to seal in moisture and ward off dryness. The skin's natural moisture barrier is replenished as a result of these lotions being absorbed by the skin. Body lotion is used to make the skin look and feel better overall, making it softer, smoother, and more supple. It is frequently applied following a bath or whenever the skin feels tight or dry.
Body lotion provides several benefits for men's skin. Firstly, it moisturizes and hydrates the skin, preventing dryness and roughness. This is especially crucial after taking a shower or being exposed to harsh environmental elements like the sun or air conditioning. Additionally, body lotion helps to nourish and calm the skin, which lessens irritability and itching. It can make the skin feel smoother and more supple while also enhancing its overall appearance and texture.
Furthermore, some body lotions contain formulations specifically for guys that take care of issues like razor burn or ingrown hairs. Men may maintain healthy, well-hydrated skin and promote a confident, revitalized sensation by regularly using body lotion.
Start by putting a small amount of body lotion on your hands before using it. Focus on any dry or rough areas of your skin as you gently rub it in. Until it is completely absorbed, massage it in. After bathing or whenever your skin feels dry, use body lotion. Enjoy the silky, smooth feeling it gives you and the moisturizing effects it has.
It can be difficult to pinpoint the precise number of men who use body lotion because it varies depending on cultural and personal preferences. However, there has been a noticeable change in the last few years, with more guys enjoying body lotion and other skincare and grooming items. An rising number of men are include body lotion in their daily regimens as knowledge of the value of skincare and self-care grows. In order to meet the specific demands and preferences of men, many skincare companies have begun to create products just for them. There is no data on the exact number, but it is clear that more men are embracing body lotion as part of their skincare routine and realizing its advantages.

Nothing gay about it, I admit I do it and don't honestly care if someone thinks that is bad. I don't consider taking care of yourself a bad thing, feel free and do it.
I'd assume he either has dry skin or prefers to masturbate with lotion (or both). Either way, I wouldn't care.
Some people might think ...the dude jacks off like crazy! lol...but not really I would feel bad if a guy didn't use lotion...his skin would be dry and disgusting. I feel lotion shows they guy cares of his skin and it good for health purposes.
I use lotion too..st.ives oatmeal shea butter is my favorite.
Guy or girl, everyone should be using lotion. More specifically, use creams and oils. It's not a feminine quality. It keeps your skin moisturized and healthy.
LOL no. Nothing wrong with taking good care of your skin.

any guy i've known doesn't like lotion because it makes them feel "sticky" -rolls eyes- they don't even know what kind of lotion to use to not feel that way. not all lotion is "sticky". i don't know how they're not uncomfortable with dry cracked skin.
It puts the lotion on its skin...
Seriously though, why did you ask this question twice? One of them is going to be deleted as a duplicate question.
As to answerng your question, I would assume he had dry skin.
I absolutely hate the feel of wearing body lotion long-term, although I know that it's good for the skin.
It just feels gross to have it on me.
I would think its a good thing. Means they are taking care of themselves.. I dont understand why it would be a bad thing

So long as it isn't scented like some sort of flower or something I don't mind. Its good for keeping your skin hydrated.
nothing wrong with it. unless you're telling me you're using glitter lotion
It's gay if you are putting it on you d*** and then sticking it up another guy's ass.
You might be right.
Body lotion, eh? This is the first I am hearing about it. Thank you for providing all this info. So it benefits the skin. Hmm.

I don't see anything wrong with a guy using lotion. I sometimes give guys foot massages and I obviously have to use lotion for that.
well, it's not really gay, I mean it doesn't involve sexual actions that gay men do, So I can say it's not gay at all, but men rarely use lotion, like those who have acne and stuff, but yeah, I have to admit some people think negatively about it
I'd think nothing of it. I'm kinda OCD when it comes to moisturizing, so I wouldn't be one to judge, lol.
nothing wrong with that. unless your like one of my friends who put some one like every 2 hours. that just got annoying.
I think he's smart and is going to have good skin when other men are sporting leather.
Leather is fashionable, man =P
Means the person is hydrating their skin correctly to protect it and to age well.
it's completely normal lol. get the lotion that smells like cologne.
No. IT is beneficial for your skin care... no gay...how do homosexuality tie in to something like this?
how else would you hydrate dry skin? its like toothpaste; its not gender specific.
what's wrong with lotion? I don't wanna have sh*tty chapped skin when I'm older.
I'm not gay just because I don't like it when my skin is chapped and crusty.
