What does a yellow circle on someones profile that I unfriended mean on Snapchat?

A while ago I unfriended someone on Snapchat and when I looked them up in add friends they have a yellow circle and a accept option

Did they try sending me a message or something?

I think they have tried to send you a friend request again. If they keep doing it, and was creepy or weird, I suggest you block them.
