No, because even when I was a simp I still made it clear that women don't marry me. I marry them. They couldn't railroad me into anything. So I'd just think she's planning on putting a ring sized for my finger on her ear... in her nose... or navel or something. It sure as hell wouldn't be for my hand.

I wouldn't necessarily jump to any conclusions, but there are better ways to find out a partners ring size other than flat out asking. When I bought my ex's engagement ring I waited till she took off her other rings to shower and measured one of those without her knowing.

Probably would make me curious if we are far enough in to a relationship that he might ask. You can probably get close by measuring one of her other rings. I got mine resized after he gave it to me to make it perfect anyway.

Oh! Well in that case YES! Hell yes! Are you freaking kidding me? There is only ONE reason for a guy to ask a girl what her ring size is… He’s going to ask her to marry him and he wants to get the right size engagement ring! (By the way the best thing to do, is when she’s in the shower steal (borrow) one of her rings and take that to the jewelers and get it sized!) I mean sure she’ll be a little bit pissed that she realizes she lost her ring, but you can make sure you have it back within 24 hours or less. Just when you put it back make sure you put it on the floor right near where you got it, so she’ll think it fell on the floor. If she doesn’t find it within a few hours, find it for her!
