I dumped my boyfriend years ago (2013) in bad terms.
We got back together in 2017 and now he's giving me ultimatums that unless I progress more in my business and get more active he'll leave, that he won't have a child with someone at an inferior level. He wants me to either be at his level or higher before he reaches management position at his job; that if I beat him then even better.
He rubbed it in my face again about the time I left him and called him a loser. He was like ''karma sucks doesn't it... you were asking for too much back then. You couldn't even fry an egg back then. You were a loser calling someone else a loser. Now I'm asking for an equally successful woman. You went to college. Why aren't you progressing in your field, etc''.
I feel this is clearly revenge. My business is progressing but it's going to take about 2-3 years. He is pressuring me too much and expects me to be successful at a faster pace. Is this revenge on his part?

I'm never going to make it on time. I'm slightly over halfway toward my goals. I'm still growing but he expects me to move faster. He's acting similar to my much younger version.
He claimed this probably wouldn't have ever happened if I had been nicer in the break-up.. if I had never spoke too much because then your words can turn against you. Still this is revenge isn't it?
