I understand it can be hard and it’s very easy to focus on the negative stuff, but try to change your perspective and look at the bright side of things… when you feel really down, try to remind yourself of all the positives… and don’t be too hard on yourself either, acknowledge your feelings and then just try to do things that make you feel good
I hope you feel better soon, and also try reaching out to your loved ones for support, that helps a lot as well💜

On day at a time and build an environment for myself where I do feel like I belong. It’s hard, it requires you to step out of your comfort zone, but it’s worth it.

And yes. Constantly... I am far more confident online. I am a very quirky person normally. Lol. And my political beliefs are different than anyone else my age. Mainly because I actually watch the news and don't take advice from social media and overpaid celebrities 😅...
And most girls my age are very.. blah. So yeah. 💯 I feel out of place.
