Would you keep a girl around only because she spoils you and borrows you money when you need it. Even if you pay her back every time you borrow it. How to know if you are only being used for these reasons? We are not dating we are platonic friends. These reasons are not the only reasons we talk or get together. We talk and see each other for all day different reasons. He is definitely not doing as well financially as me. We have never had a physical relationship.

How to know is if you take those things away and they no longer want to keep in contact with you or hang out. But the fact that he is paying you back is good

He does always pay me back and even though he cannot give me things in money very often he does what he can do like changes my oil and fixes my car.

You have a big heart. And yes be careful but if he is paying you back and helping you with other things then that's good. I feel like someone who takes advantage is if you lend them money and they don't pay back stuff like that. You do of course just want to be careful

He tries to give me whatever he can and has made me something I really enjoy before. He doesn’t have a lot of money for material things so I don’t expect them.
