Nowadays, girls are reaching puberty in early age, because of healthy diet, proper - balanced nutrition (in most cases – over dose of both) and lack of physical activities. Girls must be biologically matured because there should not be any complications in pregnancy. Girls are responsible for continuing human life on earth by giving birth to new generation. I am of the opinion that 25 to 27 is the ideal age for both boys and girls as both would be mentally, financially and physically strong to face the challenges of life. Girls usually get matured biologically three to five years early compared to boys, and so desired age gap between girl and boy is three years in general. Things that worked in previous generations are not working now. Young adults must be prepared with a healthy lifestyle to handle a healthy life partner and baby. I believe that 22 to 24 is ideal age to get married for girls and 24 to 26 for boys. They are at their healthiest peak biologically, mentally and physically. It could be dangerous for girls below 18 years to go for childbirth. Also, it is delayed too there is a problem. Older than 35 the eggs start to decline in quality, so marrying around 22 to 25 is a right time for both the genders. There seems to be a consensus among the medical fraternity. With growing age, the risk of developing physical health issues like diabetes hypertension is more. At the same time marrying at an early age is also risky especially under 20. Marriage is not a wealth consuming or wealth enhancing event; it is a divine feeling of having someone on our side forever. Nature has designed sex most pleasant to encourage male and females to enjoy it as much as possible with a purpose of encourage them to produce babies to keep human life everlasting on Earth. In any case, especially in urban India, girls are getting married only in their mid and late 20s. It is perfect if one does not delay nor marry too early.
For almost everyone—regardless of sex, race, religious tradition, sexual history, and the family structure they grew up in—the mid or late 20s appears to be the best time to marry. Getting married when you are too young could result in mismatch or divorce.
Life decisions made prior to age 25 can be problematic because they are made without a fully developed ability to reconcile moral and ethical behavior. The late 20s and early 30s are when people’s professional careers are coming into play and finances can be worked out. It is the age where ‘love’ is less idealistic and people are a little more real about their expectations. Couples in this age are not only more mature; they are usually more educated and tend to have a more secure economic stability. But at the same time, couples who tie the knot after their early 30s are more likely to divorce than those who wed in their late 20s.

Ideal age is same age. I’m generous enough to go 3 years up or down but ideal is same age
My wife is almost three years younger. Actually, every girlfriend I ever had was at least 2 or 3 years younger. The best girlfriend I ever had was 31 when I was 37. But it's not like I carded them or asked their age before getting together with them.
So age isn't an important factor, but I doubt if I would want someone who was older than me.
16 to anything below 50, realistically wanting my own age or honestly older than my own though.

At the moment 20 to 24 max. Anything older than that makes me uncomfortable and grossed out.
Ideally for me 1 year older. I’m 21. But the range for me would probably be 21-24
I’m about to be 19 so I would say 21 if they are older than 21 then I’m not comfortable.
