Because MGTOW is a part of the manosphere. And the manosphere brings to light certain truths that the media doesn't want broudly shown. It's not as marketable as "love" is.

Also, (maybe more importantly) certain types of hurt people tend to be very vocal about topics like mgtow. Making it easy for them to not conduct themselves in reasonable ways. Which can be a hassle tiktok just wants to avoid best they can.
