For me, it depends. My wife and I take baths together almost every night, so it's affectionate but not always so romantic. Sometimes we're just chilling and relaxing. It's always affectionate though holding her in there. But it's a routine we do so often that it doesn't always have a romantic edge to it.

That said, we might sometimes turn off the lights and light candles in the tub and turn it into something more romantic every now and then.

Hot Tubs work FAR better and I like mine WARM! Candles, slow jazz and incense complete

I think it’s lovely getting in the bath with my husband. One of the most romantic moments I’ve ever experienced. I love when he washes my hair for me & washes my body. Being naked & close to him is such an amazing feeling. I love getting bathed with my bae. ❤️❤️

I feel cold if there's a temperature difference throughout my body (which would be the case of sitting in a bath tub), so that's not something I consider romantic. If I were to share something, it would be a shower where I can keep the temperature of my whole body to be the same. Altough that would quickly turn into a shower sex bc the hot water makes me VERY hard...
