Literally almost nothing. If you’re in the same room as your boyfriend (or sometimes a guy friend), he’s already in the mood for sex. This also depends on the sex drive of each person in particular, but it’s just the bare truth.

There's a few things, one of them is if he's been really romantic that day/night and then he runs his fingers through my hair while caressing my cheeks. After my menstrual cycle for some reason I'm in the mood and a week or two before my next menstrual cycle I'm in the mood.

I have a very low sex drive when I am not around my boyfriend or if I am single, but when I am in a relationship or with my boyfriend, it takes nothing to get me in the mood.

I have to be relaxed and care free. When you got kids, full time career, trying to keep a family running and logistics of daily life moving, sometimes you're too burned out to even care for sex.
