Why would a guy ask me to be with him if he's still dealing with his baby mother?


I went through his phone and found out he still was telling her he loved her and they where having conversations that had nothing to do with there child he claimed he was only doing this because she was threatening to put him on child support and she wouldn't let him see his child I told him he should've just told me from the beginning that he was doing this and I wouldn't have got my feelings involved he said he dont have feelings for her and I told him he should've just went to court if she was keeping him away from his child and he said his child was too young for him to go to court
