Not if there's NO physical attraction at all (ie "ugly"). As I'm sure the same with women and guys. Physical attraction is important. That doesn't mean you have to be a model or "perfect"... far from it. But there has to be something there and not think you're "ugly". That implies there's nothing at all there. Your personality very much matters, but so does the physical.

Depends. Exactly how ugly are you vs how good is your personality. I mean, my current crush is a woman I'm not even that physically attracted to, but I find her voice and personality completely adorable. Unfortunately, she does not really really like me, so I think I have very little chance with her.

There’s always a caveat. It’s all about knowing which flaws in a partner you’re capable of living with. For example, I can imagine myself having a lot of fun with a short brunette with piercings, tattoos, and daddy issues. But in the long run I know there’s no way it’ll workout. So my caveat is that I’m willing to sacrifice that kinda fun for a stable and secure relationship with a church woman.

Intelligent, driven & ambitious, a good sense of humor, the ability to give me the free space i need (arguably the hardest one to find), and he should have at least one or two hobbies that i share, so there's stuff we can actually enjoy doing together.
