Edit : i shared a problem with her at work. She showed care in her reply but didn’t show concern about it and seemed rather dismissive about it.

Kind of need more information than this. We don't know your relationship at all (if one). If you're just co-workers/friends, she may not have known how to respond and probably doesn't care lol. So yeah I guess don't respond. You're not getting what you want to get back from her, so why keep putting yourself through that?

We see each other at work during some leisure session and I was feeling down that day after I received news about something.

It sounds like she sees you as a co-worker, and that's it. I mean, you have her number, so might be somewhat of a friendship also, but for your own sake, you might want to reconsider if you want to communicate with her at all apart from work? You have a crush on her, but doesn't sound like she does for you, and you're only going to be torchering yourself by keeping in touch (like this case where you aren't getting the response you want and hurt by it).
