It does get stressful the more you both work, and the bigger you grow your family together. Your relationship really gets tested when daily responsibilities take over. At the start you're both just laying around the house, making love in between work, having fun, and getting something to eat. You walk around the house naked, life is fun and easy, and the relationship is everything.
Married with children life is different, and it's enough to make the weaker relationships crumble in a hurry. Being married can still be sexy and fun though, if you both manage it well.

Anybody can get fucking annoying when there's too much time spent together. Like I kind of understand why chicks want to spend every waking moment with me, but damn... I start wanting a break. They'll be trying to get us closer together and it starts to do just the opposite.

I have been married for 26 years. Most of the surprise is not there anymore but we connect at a different level. We have a real partnership and are both invested in the journey.
