Yes and no. I’ve been in this situation twice. The first time I thought everything was good, turns out he ended up wanting more while I didn’t. The second time around, the same thing happened only this time I realize that I also wanted more - so we’re dating now.

Honestly I wish this to be plainly possible, but reality seems to prove that friendship and sex leads to something else. Probably a typical male fantasy.
If friends at a certain moment decide to indulge into having sex with each other, and are also able to face it with maturity to avoid their relation to become awkward afterwards, I think there is still a chance for this to be possible. I guess it's a matter of accepting to see each other plainly as they are, and being able to just share fun without looking for more.Hell no. Unless you're dealing with a sex doll, feelings will always develop with one of them. Not to mention, that is NOT "friendship!" A partner is already a friend you can sleep with. "Friends with Benefits" are just people dating each other, but too afraid to call it "a relationship" or actually hang out together.
So no, that scenario can't happen, in my opinion. That's just called dating.Yes in the beginning but it’s a 50/50 chance on whether it will last or not, usually feelings come into play and one likes the other more , when the one that likes more isn’t receiving the same back in return they will walk away and seek someone else that wants to give back the same as they do.
Sex is a highly intimate and emotional act regardless of one's personal intentions, you can't fight it's biological effects without risking the development of feelings.
Excluding those who lack empathy due to mental illnessFriends don't screw each other. You can't have your cake and eat it too.
If anyone says that they're still Friends with people they had sex with, they're full of shit. That's not what Friends do.This completely defeats what “friends” mean in the platonic sense.
I never did this but I can understand how it might work.Once platonic friends include romance and or sex usually one is going to want to be more than friends.
isn't that what friends with benefits are
