Is it possible for club bouncers to get jealous of a guy that’s having a lot of success with women in the club and start trying to make him uncomfortable and find ways to kick him out

Everything is possible. Far more probable however is that lots of women complain to the bouncers about that same guy harassing them.

Never been to a club. Not of age yet. However, I doubt that is likely because the second the person rings management up, those people that are kicking money out the door likely are going to get booted themselves.

It's because he's making the women uncomfortable trying to hit on them and the bouncer throws him out because it's bad for business.
