It use to never be really an issue for me considering I would give the same as I expected in return , but through the years with all the backstabbing , lying and cheating relationships I been in , it’s hard for me to fully give myself to someone , I can care about someone but to be in love is hard for me to do because every time I start to fall in love with someone they damage it. I still have hope that it’s out there but it seems so far fetched these days to the point I feel better off just staying single and focusing on myself , but I can’t because I love sex to much , and still want to feel wanted, why is this world so ticked up and selfish

Maybe consider counselling. Sounds cliché, but it's always helpful. Could help you reset your mindset, as well as get a lot of your feelings out that you have yet to verbally express.

As for finding someone who will truly love you, don't give up, man! They're out there! Pursue the things you enjoy, work on yourself, and join some clubs that center around your interests. You just might find someone who vibes with you really well, and won't betray you. Just be very careful, and take things slow.

Sounds like you need to reevaluate why you have a pattern of being attracted to women like that, also have a good understanding of red flags and set strong boundaries that when they are crossed you are going to walk away instead of feed into their toxic behavior. It’s definitely easier said than done, I’ve noticed when you try to do this in a relationship that is toxic it can work to a certain extent but you have to invest a lot to get that person on the same page and not role around in the dirt with them.
