Before replying, I read the other comments. I think most likely Anonymous is correct; that white husband caught his wife and the black guy having sex. Also, @Adaeva is correct because the woman is cheering for the black guy when it appears he knocks the white guy out.

However, the white guy's shirt is open, so perhaps he is not fully dressed implying that the white husband and wife invited the black guy to have a threesome that turned into a fight. Therefore, like @Luopio27 stated, it may a women that is excited by two men fighting over her. She is certainly thrilled that the black is winning and maybe knocks out the white guy because that means she wants the black guy to have sex with her and doesn't care what happens to her wimp husband that she probably dominates.
