She seemed interested but now has gone quiet?

Hey all,
So to summarize

- went to a family event and meet a girl there who is a friend of a close relative
- have seen her at these family events many times, but we never really talked but know of each other
- met recently again at an event and had a short chat, but got interrupted by someone and we didn't talk for the rest of the event
- every event we have met at in the past, we always catch each other looking at each other
- I decided to add her on IG to be able to reach out to her and she added me back after too.
- Sent her a message to get a convo started and it goes well she also asks me questions back so seems like she is interested
- she replies back every 2-3 days, and eventually on our 2nd message says she is sorry for replying so late, that she has been sick for a week and is slowly feeling better now.
- I continue the convo but also add that I hope she feels better and give her some supportive comments to cheer her up.
- after this I have no longer heard back from her in 4 days now. I can see she was online very recently and active, but no message back.
- Do I wait it out longer, I wanted to give her some space to heal up and was hoping she would message back saying she is feeling much better now and continue to convo. Not sure if I should wait longer, message again or just move on?
