Do you think some men are destined to be alone?

I am 27, turning 28 in a matter of months, and I never had a real girlfriend. Meanwhile, I am watching all my former friends and peers I have known growing up get married, have kids, or both. I mean fuck... even most high school kids have probably had more relationship experience than me.

I am only wanting a woman where we can be each other's first loves. Essentially, I am seeking a woman without a romantic past. I may end up alone the rest of my life, and I am fearful of that. I never imagined I would be this old and in this situation.

To make matters worse, I am starting to get too old for college age women. Why would they want an old fart like me? Sadly, the younger women are my best option if I am going to get a woman without a romantic past.

I feel like my whole world is falling apart. I always wanted a girlfriend, wife, and a family of my own ever since I was a kid. It is beyond disheartening to know that may never happen. I feel incomplete and missing my other half.

I haven't touched a woman in over 7 years either, so I am involuntary celibate. The frustration just mounds and builds more and more overtime.

You ARE likely to end up alone, because you have unrealistic expectations for a girl having no romantic past. That's a somewhat reasonable expectation when you are in high school, but you are a decade past that. Whatever chance you had with THAT dream is long over, so you can either get past that, or remain alone forever.

Assuming you get past it (and I'm not saying that you need to be okay with girls who have a triple digit body count, but one or two past boyfriends are fine), you also need to make getting a girl a high priority in your life, and treat it like your job.

That includes doing all the things to improve your attractiveness to women: getting fit, getting a decent job and striving to move up the ladder, dressing one level above the norm (with some style) wherever you go, and most importantly, that you go out at least 2 nights a week (3 or 4 is better) and meet women in person.

Is all of that a ton of work? YES. Is talking to a lot of women and being rejected a lot hard to take? YES. But you do it anyway because that's what it takes to be successful when you weren't born lucky - most men weren't.

If you haven't devoted the last 7 years to doing all of these things, then no wonder you are alone. That's your own fault.

Look, being in "a relationship" is overrated. If you take away the Disney fantasy and actually look around, how many long-term happy relationships do you know? Also, the woman you describe really doesn't exist in 2022 and if she does, she is already married to a good man.

I hate to say this, but go on dating apps and go on a few dates. You will see what modern women have become and how often you get used as a foodie call, time waster, ego booster, etc. Pretty soon you will be grateful for being alone.

It's hypocritical to expect a woman that has not romantic past when you have one... essentially you are blocking your self here. It is unrealistic to expect an adult to have absolutely no romantic past what so ever so I would suggest you adjust your expectations into something more realistic or you are just shooting yourself in the foot... thank god child marriages are illegal in most places now.

I didn't get married until I was 29 and that was only because she was preggers. 99.9999% of people are dog shit, so why would you feel bad about not settling just because your friends are too insecure to be alone.

Girls with a romantic past are almost nonexistent and very few ones there are, they hate men without any experience like you, so you are already in a bad position.

You can look for very religious girls. But now day's relationship standards of women are very high. If you are not good-looking or rich, you have very low chances.
