unfortunately, it could be a lot of things. If you have to look at a lot of computer screens constantly through out the day, then your eyes may need a break.

However, since you're making burgers at McD's I am going to assume it is something more like heat exhaustion. If the temperature around you is too hot and you don't drink enough water then your body could be needing a cooler temperature and more water.
