I pinched my eyeball while taking off my contacts now my eyes are pink?

I pinched my eyeball with my fingers now it's pink. Should I be concerned?

Like others have said, you likely scratched your eyeball. It will heal on its own in a day or two usually. Just don't wear your contacts during that time to allow your eyes to relax a bit.

If it's really painful or gets worse then see a doctor.

You just scratched it, give it time to heal don't wear contacts till it isn't sensitive anymore.

It depends if you scratched your actually eyeball and if you didn't watch your hands before taking your contacts out, just go to the doctors if it stays pink and starts to ache.

Maybe a scratched cornea, if isn't good in a few days tho go to your eye doc

Ur just damaged ur cunjuctiva. Dont worry it can heal back. Gives ur eyes some rest and dont touch it or press it.
