In your relationship who plans date night (ie. what you do, where you go, etc.)?

I usually did when dating. I'd introduce my girlfriends to my favorite restaurants or take them fun places like a botanical garden, the beach, a county fair, or whatever. But sometimes I'd ask where they would like to go or what they would like to do. I'd even be happy if they mentioned something without being asked. I love the idea that she wants to do special things with me and build happy memories. I like trying new things and being with a girl who wants to share her romantic fantasies with me.

But now that I'm married, either my wife or I might come up with ideas.

If by "date night" you mean intimate time, I never planned much for that, although there are a few times when I made dinner for a girlfriend, decorated with candles and flowers, put on sexy music, lit scented candles in the bedroom, had chilled champagne, massage oils, and stuff lie that.
