Do you need to be fully happy to yourself to have a girlfriend?

Well its best to deal with any issues you have first before going into any relationship. You dont want to burden your partner with your mental issues and insecurities.

If someone has mental disorders then that makes them undateable then?

Depends on what it is and it definitely makes it harder to find someone willing to deal with it.

That makes sense. I been single for almost ten years now. I just can’t find the right girl. It seems the girl I’m looking for is lot harder then I expected.

No, you can be unhappy because you don’t have a girlfriend. I think need to be comfortable with yourself.

So someone needs to be comfortable to have a girlfriend then?

I don’t know, some people jump from relationship to relationship as they can’t be alone, it’s important to be able to be alone and to be ok before being ready to add someone into your life. That’s different from genuine issues. I’m maybe too comfortable and struggle to function (turning tomato red) or string a sentence around the guy I like. Maybe it’s a balance.

I would like to add someone to my life but it’s hasn’t been very easy.

For starters I don’t drive and that’s my top rejections I get from women all the time and I been in lots of trauma events but I am seeing therapists about my troubles I have. I lost both parents at a very young age.
