An do you have machines that do your work so you don't have to

Out of these options I would say clean the car inside and out. The others are easy to do or if someone doesn't do them it's because it's expensive.

I have a vacuum cleaner, a dish washer and a washing machine. However, I vacuum clean usually 4 times a week. I put the dishes on the dish washer but not all dishes can be washed there so I wash them myself. I shop for groceries and I don't have a car.
