What should I do about this situation?

I’m a student at a martial arts academy since I 2015 and there’s 1 new hot teacher that I’m planning to marry but my principal (grandmaster) is my relative and and my teacher is an employee at the academy, I mean I do teach but I’m only a senior student but not a staff so how can I deal with that situation smoothly? She says that I’m her best friend but how can I escape the Freind zone without making her lose her job or my future career of becoming a grandmaster?
