Not that I am one for kids, but for the sake of the arugument how in anyway would this make me not want to have kids with them.

If this was midivil times in Europe it would have been perfectly acceptable within a royal family to keep the dynasty going.

I would not necessarily have an issue with it, as long as there is no dysfunctional environment within the family, and there are healthy genes and not degenerately mutated.
