Probably not. I don't know the whole details, but what little I do know of Andrew Tate is that he's a POS and an asshole. And if you're going to ban every asshole off of Facebook and Twitter, then no one would be left on there.

So unless he was telling people to kill themselves or outright scamming them (besides Hustlers University), then he probably shouldn't have been banned.

I didn't even know who Andrew Tate was until three weeks ago. He's not anyone important. And if you don't know who he is, that's normal. But the "short" version is,
he's a former MMA fighter who scams weak men into expensive masculinity courses like Hustlers University, beats on women, and had to flee the US due to criminal charges.

He's technically a millionaire, but only from being a con artist and all-around scumbag. I don't even disagree with some of the things he says about women, but he is a legitimate misogynist (not the SJW use of the term, the actual definition of one) and straight-up scammer.
