Without knowing more about the person asking, it's hard to say. I'm a positive optimist with some realist tendencies, and I would say that they're most likely just interested in where you went and what there is to do there. Maybe they'd like to go there some day.

Since there may be some mistrust there, why not just send one or two innocent pictures you took while there, and see what the person's reaction is, before downloading your complete travel album.

I did send a picture of the famous ball at Epcot, and noticed that my male cousin came out in the front mirror of the car. I'm hoping he didn't think I was with someone else! Haha

Sounds more like just showing interest in what you're doing, when someone I know tell me they went to a trip and saw this and that, i frequently ask for pictures to know how's the place, understand better what they're saying, maybe considering to go there too or pics of them just to see how happy they were
