Do you get lonely easily?

I straight up have separation anxiety.

You need to learn to live alone without needing anyones attention love or care all by yourself and through this way teach yourself to erase anyone from existence if they making your life sad... always expect the worst and be prepared and if it really happens you'll only laugh because most things in life fail so if you take a coin there are 2 sides know them prepare for it and then pick it up everything that gives you happiness will give you same amount of sadness when you lose it so be careful choose a long lasting thing so you only get sad once in 100 years ATB hope you have peace if you want a hooman to talk I'm here

i get severely lonely any time I am left alone without communication. I wonder "why do I even own a phone when nobody ever texts me , calls me besides my boss". I would literally go months without anyone texting me except automatic messages from seamless. com. Its a dreadful existence. And its extremely difficult to make friends as an adult too. I just find that most people just don't stick or try hard enough to reach out to others. Nobody cares about bonds anymore. Even young people never say hi to others in their communities. The only ones who do tend to be the older folks in their 40s-50s.

I am lonely and have been for awhile. Even though I'm surrounded by my family I couldn't feel more alone.

Yes always was always been.

I had seasonal and fake friends who only wanted to get something from me.

I never trusted them to share my darkest moments because they couldn't even handle deep conversations.

The only ones who were there for me in my darkest times for a few months were guys hoping to get into my pants. I was heartbroken because they eventually ended their friendship with me because I strictly thought of them as a friend only but they wanted MORE!

I was really betrayed, that they weren't really my besties if they had a hidden agenda.

I have a hard time trusting "friends" now.

Yes. Don’t get me wrong, I love and enjoy my solitude cause my energy is never leeched. However I crave someone’s presence every now and then - a partner who’ll satisfy my deepest desire to be understood and loved

nope... I actually enjoy solitude also, I am never truly alone, even if by myself... bonds are still there, and we made them strong through the years

Yeah I do. That's why I avoid long distance stuff like the plague cause it just makes me feel so damn lonely and anxious not being able to see my someone. Plus being separated... 😭

Not really, I've always been a little anti social and as I got older I didn't have many friends to hang out with as much. So I got use to it.

I feel lonely even when I'm with my people... but I don't always feel lonely when I am alone. It's more of a mental thing I guess.

I get lonely in spurts. I enjoy solitude at certain points but it often can be empty. A person stuck with their thoughts alone can only be positive for so long, it's in our nature as social beings
