How Important is physical health in a relationship?

I'd be more concerned about whether she is taking care of her health rather than things out of her control. Let's say I meet a wonderful woman who is dying. Wouldn't she deserve a relationship as much as someone who wasn't dying? I'm more interested in the quality of the relationship than the length of the relationship. People with challenges often share deeper connections than self-serving entitled people (which seem to be in the majority nowadays).

I am going to try to approach your question from both how good Family, friends, coworkers, and S/O relationships are for both mental and physical health.
Facts: 1. We crave a fulfilled connection with everyone and at its most basic level is simply being understood…even in this sentence I hope that it is sensible.
2. There are only two types of Relationships known as Fulfilling (Positive) and Toxic (Negative). Since we are not in a perfect world so our Relationships often feel like we bouncing back and forth within the realm of Fulfilled and Toxic. Sometimes it’s Natural and sometimes it is Work.

A positive or healthy relationship affirms our mentality and physical health. We both know and feel we have Value internally and externally in the world. We know we are Loved and Time invested there improves Self. “Making it a priority” is the biggest determinant of Fulfilled rather than Time spent. Time spent does not correlate positively with fulfilled, positive, and/or healthy Relationships.
—Toxic or Negative or Unfulfilled Relationship contributes to poorer state of mental and physical health. Signs include excessive drama and often is characterized by belittling, half complements/half criticism in same sentence or thought. We relate such a relationship to words such as Annoying, Drained, gives me Anxiety, this whole thing Depresses me, and I can’t get it off my Mind-I’m so Stressed.
SO, yes Physical and Mental stability are paramount for a good Relationship and equally so…a fulfilling, positive, healthy Relationship have a continued positive effect upon our Mental and Physical health. This should be the majority state rather than minority state within a given Relationship. If the Relationship is in the Inverse position then it should be evaluated as potentially Toxic in Nature. NO Relationship is perfect🤷🏻‍♂️
