i LOVE my job. but hate the people. so he told me "you dont wanna give up on a job u love cause people are assholes" do you think this is true? he told me that people will disappoint me anywhere, and rarely will i find ones who don't.
It depends. If you make a lot of silly mistakes and your boss calls you out on that and that you refer to as "not getting along", yeah probably. Improve yourself.
Your friend's advice is a bit of a stretch. Because if you aren't promoted, the workplace atmosphere is toxic for you, people crush your spirits for the smallest mistakes, then you're right in wanting to quit.
s Every job has its own shitty people, you’ll find that no matter where you go. So if you love your job, stick to it. Better to have a job you love and people you hate, rather than a job you hate and people you hate.
Yes. Too many people think a job owes them something. It doesn't. You make it what it is. If you can't get along with people in one job, no moving around or changing jobs is gonna improve that.
If you have found a job you like then you are fortunate. People are people and are messy. It is a Luxury to not like the People. Many do not like the Job. Make sense?
