You are so kind thank you. Thats something i resonate with... Being adaptable and not afraid to do new things and afraid of change. Often change is necessary. And if they wanna live in their bubble they can go right ahead. If you have to go on an arrogant spiel listing all the reasons your job is awesome and my new one is horrible... all unasked for opinions by the way... Right? They went on a long talk telling me whats great about their jobs and listed all the reasons my new job is gonna be horrible. Thinking back now i wish i didn't stand there and politely engage such a conversation. But i am strong.

That’s what’s happening at my job rn actually. A lot of people are quitting from multiple departments, because the company is legit being ran into the ground. And people can see it, so they’re jumping ship now, and those who like their cushy pay are calling all those who are leaving “idiots” and losers..
