What would be the reason why someone that you care about and cares about you, would get angry because you hid The fact that you have cancer?

If I Have Cancer that’s my Business not anybody else’s. I Wouldn’t tell anybody that I Had cancer instead I would Keep a document in my wallet that I have cancer so that when I die everyone would know.


Or I might tell people like send a email of a document proving I have Cancer and then I wouldn’t say much other than that and If they wanted to Come over and Hang out and have a conversation then I might do that. But if I have cancer Then I won’t seek Treatment would rather die than live with cancer.
