I would just prefer my first time to not be marred with "this guy sucks. A previous guy did X but he doesn't. OMG missionary? How grade school. I don't feel any intimacy unless I'm strapped down and bleeding, like with Drake and Greg. Once you've done that, does anything else even count as sex?"

I mean I dramatized that a tad. But I'm a simple guy. I still get butterflies from hand holding. Meanwhile I commonly heard in college "It's not cheating. It was just a BJ and some anal". It's like everyone else was having a flood of sex starting at age 14 and now consider it an expendable commodity, and what's special to me won't even register as more than a handshake to everyone else.

I mean I literally dated a couple girls who would at times say stuff like "I mean cool thanks for the gift, but my friends get me gifts to do what are you expecting, appreciation? For what, the bare minimum?" And yes I've broken up with them over that.

I can't imagine how a similar interaction would feel regarding sex.

I think virgins seek out virgins because there is something about the shared experience, maybe 1/2 will find them. but in the end it does not matter. what matters is being there in the moment and understand why you want to sleep with that person. lust or love there is a huge difference between the two.

Probably a virgin since 10 sounds high, I'd expect someone to have 2 or 3 but not 10+ unless oral and such is included as body count.
