Is an atheist a human being? Yes

Is a Muslim a human being? Yes

Can a human being fall in love with another human being? Yes (I would hope that is the case! If not, it would be a cause for concern.)

The outcome is a bit complicated. Is the person you love a practicing Muslim? One of my friends once dated a Muslim guy in high school. She was born and brought up in a Hindu family but is an atheist now. She was an atheist when she dated him. Needless to say, neither of the families were happy with their relationship and were forced to break up because of the growing pressure from both sides. Do you see a future with your partner? Do you want to get married to them? If you do plan on getting married, you might want to read up on certain "rules" in Islam. If a Muslim person marries a Non-Muslim, their spouse will have to convert to Islam upon marriage. You should talk this out with your partner. Is he okay with converting? Are your parents aware of his religious beliefs?

Personally, I don't think you could suddenly believe in something you initially did not just to please your partner or their family. Whatever the outcome might be, it is absolutely up to you to decide what you want to do with this situation.

The question is not weather an atheist and a Muslim would fall in love. It can happen, it probably happened; or: it's happening.

The real question, is: if it's possible to begging and sustain a healthy relationship, from the obvious differences that will reflect in the relationship.

If you’re a muslim here is my advice, Love can be found anywhere If you take the time and patience.
So, Think about it and be honest with yourself.
Would this relationship head to an islamic way of life or not.
