I think it is something they hide the truth about
Your vaginal canal is mainly made up of muscle so look up kegel exercises and do them often! It can always be toned just like any other muscle in your body! It gets a bit harder as you age... but so does getting a six-pack. It's always possible to bring those muscles back to a healthy tone though, you just have to put in the effort.
Prevention helps a lot as well, more and more women are starting to actually train for labor like they are preparing for a sporting event which I think makes a lot of sense! People severely underestimate how much you can work out while pregnant, especially if you are fit before you become pregnant! Being physically active throughout pregnancy also impacts your baby's health long term, helping them have an easier time staying fit as they grow!
Pelvic floor yoga is also important, for everyone! Not just women or women who give birth. Men can also suffer from issues like urine incontinence in old age because of weak pelvic floor muscles. These can be caused by intense exercise/weightlifting, being overweight, and chronic constipation.
The only thing that can "ruin your tightness forever" is laziness!
(and also ironically not inserting anything for long periods of time as you age. If you don't have penetrative sex or use a toy if you are a lesbian the tissue of your vaginal canal will start to thin out... it's kind of a "use it or lose it" body part. Orgasms are also a good muscle workout for down there it's like HIIT for your vagina!)
"Without regular intercourse, your vagina can tighten and its tissues can get thinner and be more likely to get injured, tear, or even bleed during sex. This can be so uncomfortable that women with these symptoms avoid having sex, which can make it worse" - WEB MD
SO uhh... yeah the whole "sluts are loose" thing is a total myth that is actually harmful for women's health. I do think the risks of hooking up and the STDS and emotional complications are harmful too but we need to start thinking of vaginas for what they are, basically a tub of muscle, rather than as cheap products that can only be used a few times before falling apart.
The human body is made to move, ESPECIALLY our muscles! Which reminds me I haven't been in a plank pose for a while and I really don't want to lose my abs! :(

No. The vagina is a muscle, the only way it would get less tight is if you stopped using your pelvic floor muscles for a very long time. You will be lose after birth for a few weeks while your body heals but nobody should be feeling around in there (except medical professionals) at that point anyway
Yeah kind of but it's like evolution. I've found women who gave birth naturally will always gravitate to larger cock. Honestly, I love repopping a chicks cherry - especially White girls. But pussy that loosens up quick and stays wet will always make my 10.5x6.5 happy
That is for sure a thing that most woman will never talk about… but that is for sure a thing that can be fixed! Tons of woman come back a few times at least from having their babies.

I've had 3 and still as tight as before. I think only moms that tear/have traumatic births get loose.
Yes stretched monkey then…
You what you guys are saying is that if you are used to a huge penis then your tightness is gone forever too. Right? If you use a dildo or are into anal I guess your spinster looses it's tightness too and your shit just falls out. Good gosh!!!
Definitely not. The vagina is a cavity surrounded by muscle. The "tightness" comes from muscle tone. One meet women who have had several children but are in fantastic shape. .
My wife is just as tight as she was before having a kid. It's designed to rebound.
Even if it does, it's worth the sacrifice, and having children bring a couple closer.
That depends if you work out eat healthy and most importantly have a positive mental mindset it can all work out but that should be a personal choice. I work on mental institution and I've seen everything lol
In an absolute sense, no. But in a realistic sense, yes, because women aren't gonna spend time doing exercises to keep her man happy.
C section by some idiots do ruin it. Not every delivery needs a ceaseran section
