There's lots of downside.

Now let me preference this lol it's awfully presumptuous to go around calling yourself attractive. I'm only going by my history with women, how they respond to me compared to other males.

So yes, I guess I am an attractive male. So to answer your question, there's lots of downside.

1. Far too many Males are Intimidated when you're around. You can see the genuine fear in their eyes when you walk Into a room and when they're talking to you. It takes a male with a certain level of self confidence to treat you like another human.

2. Women will often use you to make their partners jealous (linked to point one) She may be going through a rough patch with her boyfriend and I'll be the guy she walks up and says hi to, whilst her boyfriend is watching. You already know how that goes...

3. People are genuinely surprised if you're also intelligent. This one sharply applies to a huge sway of women who think you'll be an easy lay... Only to realise that you have a huge appetite for knowledge as well as having standards. They tend to slink away after that.

4. At the job, office drama always involves you. People can't help but talk about you. It's very difficult to come into an organisation and just do your work. Especially when working with women.

A rumour once went around that I had a threesome in a staircase after a work party! This rumour was started by a girl who i turned down but unfortunately it spread like wild fire. Why? Well he's an attractive, confident male. Anything is possible.

5. You often have to work harder than others when you're an attractive male, because the natural inclination that people have is that you get everything you want, so more barrier's are placed Infront of you. Those who may be your superiors at work, make an extra effort to remind you that they are your superiors at work.

6. You're more likely to have fake friends around you for social status reasons.

7. You're constantly stared at.. and I mean constantly. Keep in mind that when people stare, it's usually unconscious and so they aren't usually smiling when they're staring. Lol Everywhere you go. It takes some getting used to.

8. Your words are more impactful, this goes on the positive and negative side. One bad feedback can absolutely shatter a man or woman's self esteem. I've learnt to be very careful how I speak to people in person. When a man who a woman finds attractive says 'no thank you", it can be a long road back for her.

9. Women, especially married women, will flirt with you. I can only theorise that they have nothing to loose. If you say no to their advances, well they have a man at home waiting. These women tend to be more aggressive in their advances which often include inappropriate touching and flat out sexual assault. Single women tend to be more reserved. As a result it's easy to have a skewed opinion of marriage..

10. People seek you out to validate their presence for social status reasons. If you ignore them, then you're that dick who thinks he's too cool to talk to people.. yet if you watch those same people treat others who they deem less attractive/popular than them, they're usually very cruel and rude. I usually miss the middle man and go straight to the guys no one notices. Those tend to be my type of people 😂

Speaking as a woman, some women will straight up ignore you at work. I've been at stores and women would not wait on me. They would rather lose their commission than to wait on me. I've had female neighbors give me dirty looks whenever I moved into their subdivision. It's crazy. Don't ever date an insecure man, put on a little makeup and they think you're trying attract other men. They're always wondering if you have someone on the side. A lot of men think you're a gold digger. Everybody thinks you can't cook. I can go on and on. These days, if you're pretty, you have to be a little tough too because people will talk to you any kind of way.

Not attractive. I Imagine having a miserable life knowing you probably won't get what you want in a relationship and have to settle down with someone to avoid loneliness
