Is dumper’s regret starting to hit him?

My friends told me that he (dumper) hide all his facebook posts and pictures which is not like him. In November he deleted his Instagram account for a month and facebook for 2 weeks before he reactivated them again at the start of December. I don't know if this is sign that he’s depressed or something

Doubt it has anything to do with you and the breakup, he’s probably just struggling with his depression or other mental illness. My friend does the same thing, deleting all his social social media then reactivating it like a regular thing.
