One lesson a lot of people need to learn in this new era of social media where everything has to be instantaneous is that it's *shockingly* not about you 24/7. People have lives, kids, work, school, social lives, are busy, etc. If you sent the message in good faith, assume they will or did see it and maybe got busy and didn't respond. If you are so bothered then ask them at a later date casually if they got your message, but don't make it a witch hunt or turn it into something about how disrespectful it is not to write back because they could have had other things going on.
Usually not bothered, sometimes a little concerned if I've said something wrong or interrupted someone who didn't want a polite greeting. Yeah it's a strange world sometimes.
I have 5,000 Merry Christmas messages I haven't had time to get to yet.
Doesn't matter to me
I would feel upset
